It took a while to get it and I really struggled to get it put together, but I did it! The instructions don't tell you, but you really need a rubber mallet or something like that to get it together. I found it very challenging and pieces still fall out if you move it too much. The customer service was very helpful. I cannot wait to hang it. It was too heavy for the type of hook we bought. Keep that in mind. You need a sturdy way to hang it, because it is not light.

It took a while for my items to ship, but shipping was fast once it was sent. Very well packaged. The lamp went together great, no issues with any of the cuts. They even included a very cute laser cut holiday ornament with my name on it as a bonus. (Thanks!)

The light itself is well made, easy to assemble. The wall mounts are NOT what is pictured — they are much smaller and chrome, not the brass ones in the photos.
